We offer a range of legal services with transparent pricing. Below you'll find details on each service, how it's priced, and any additional costs.

| Routine service of process (4 business days) | $90 Routine service 4 attempts, 1 per day; morning, afternoon, evening, weekend. |
| Rush service (2-3 business days) | $50 additional charge on top of the routine service fee. We prioritize your documents for quick delivery. 4 attempts in 2-3 days. |
| Same-day service (1 business day) | $90 on top of the routine service fee; 4 attempts in 1 day. |
| Additional servee per location, or location per servee. | $50 for each additional servee or location on top of the routine service fee. |
| Court filing / record search | $75 for efficient court document filing and comprehensive record searches. Not including court fee. Please contact us for specific pricing. +$20/multi-party. |
| Printing | $0.00 for the first 50 pages, then $0.10 per page thereafter. Convenient printing services for your legal documents. |
| Notary | $25 Ensure your documents are legally certified with a local notary. |
| Document mailing | $25 administrative fee charged for postal mail of documents. Not including postage. |
| Surveillance, stakeout, or in court sit-in fees. | $50/hr, min 2 hours. |
Please inform us of any anticipated fees or costs prior to payment so we may consolidate billing into a single invoice whenever possible.
Payment and refund policy
Our AI assistant will take your order when you call. If you do not prefer AI, simply email your order to service@xprsssrv.com
To ensure efficient service, payment is required before service is initiated. We offer secure online payment options.
Regarding cancellations and refunds, no refund will be issued after the first attempt, but other fees may be refunded.
